Hugh's B. W. Pages: Introduction

B. W. Stevenson in concert, at Willie Nelson's Whiskey River, December 29, 1975

Hugh's web pages are back! I thought I was one of the few hard-core fans of B. W. Stevenson until I met Hugh online a while back. We had some great online conversations back then and ended up exchanging links to each other's website. Then one day, I noticed that his site was down. When it was still down a few days later, I tried emailing Hugh but the email bounced.

A couple of years passed, and then Hugh emailed me out of the blue, explaining why he had disappeared from the internet. He said that he was no longer able to maintain his website and wanted to know if he could send me a CD with all the website files. He just needed an address where he could send the CD. So, with CD in hand, I proceeded to recreate one of the best B. W. Stevenson sites on the internet. I consider it an honor to be able to host these pages.

For the purists out there, you can view Hugh's website as it originally looked here *, or you can go through my navigation menu, with my website's look. If you happen to recall what these pages looked like initially, you'll note that the contributor email addresses are notably absent from my version of these pages, for obvious reasons. Other than that, they have remained faithful to their original version.

If you would like to contact any of the people who have contributed to this content, please contact me, and I'll gladly forward your email to them. If you are a past contributor to these pages and would like for your comments to be changed or removed, please let me know and I'll take care of that as quickly as possible. If you have any stories you'd like to contribute to the fan memories page, please send them to me. Feel free to include a picture of yourself if you like, and particularly if that picture also includes B. W.

Now, let's get on to the good stuff!

* Well, sort of. I've made a few minor changes over the years, mainly changes to the back end code (HTML, for you techie types in the audience). The original web facing content, however, has remained the same. Most recently, I made the changes necessary to ensure these pages are viewable on mobile devices.
